1349 (nombre tomado del año en que llegó la peste negra a Noruega matando a más de la mitad de la gente, se dice que en aquella época se murió la mitad de la población europea), el proyecto empieza tras el fin de la banda ALVHEIM como continuación de la misma en 1997, contando con la alineación de Ravn (voz y batería), Tjalve (guitarras), Seidemann (bajo) y Balfori (guitarras).
